SYNOPSIS:

From the moment Lev Leokov spots the young woman hiding behind her hair in the middle of the gentleman’s club, he can’t take his eyes off of her.
For the very first time in his life, he is affected. Having been told his entire life that he can’t process or understand emotion, he considers it a big deal.

When Mina Harris gets caught red-handed with a wallet that isn’t hers, she falls apart. She’s tired, lonely and hasn’t eaten in days.

Lev offers her an ultimatum… A nice warm bed, a hot meal and a job, or the cops.

Mina takes her chances with Lev.
After all, a person with nothing has nothing left to lose.

***This book enters the world of the extended Leokov family which are introduced in Friend-Zoned, however, is unrelated… release date TBA**

Ladies who love alpha males, you should not miss out on this book! It has the makings of a perfectly enviable romance. It has lots of sweetness, a bit of angst, some cute thrown here and there and of course an abundance of chemistry between the leads!

Lev is the typical alpha male, protective and so sure of himself. He may be a little unconventional compared to some heroes in the emotion department but you can totally overlook it because he is so lovable.

Mina, on the other hand, is a likable heroine. The author obviously loves her because she is described as this perfect-looking creature who has men wanting a piece of her, if you know what I mean. The only thing I didn’t like about her is her character’s inconsistency. But I guess it’s not her fault but the author’s right?

Anyway, what made the book even more special are the awesome minor characters who aren’t cardboard cutouts but actually have believable personalities and I can’t wait to read about them!
